What happens after the 7-day free trial?+

Your account switches to Free automatically. All data stays. Routines beyond the limit are paused (not deleted) and reactivated on upgrade.

Is the free plan really free?+

Yes. Free includes 5 routines and daily reminders, mood/energy/sleep, dashboard, streaks, and analytics. No trial clock on Free and no credit card to sign up.

What is Trifini?+

An AI life coach app for adults in India covering Mind, Body, Money and Habits. It was called PLOS before; it is the same product. It is a coaching and wellbeing tool, not a medical service.

Is it free?+

Yes, there is a Free plan with a daily limit of 10 AI coach messages. Pro costs Rs 299 per month, all taxes included.

Can the coach see my mood, health, journal or finance summary?+

Only if you switch that on. These are off until you enable them in Settings > Privacy.

Is Trifini a replacement for professional help?+

No. Trifini is an AI coach, not a person and not a medical professional. If you are in distress, Tele-MANAS 14416 offers free support in India, or call 112 in an emergency.

Who can use it?+

Adults aged 18 and over.

Is Trifini the same as PLOS?+

Yes. PLOS is our earlier name; same product and team.

Which languages does the web app support?+

German, English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Japanese, Tamil and Chinese (Simplified).

What payment methods work?+

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards, net banking, wallets via Razorpay. UPI has zero processing fees.

Do I need the physical robot?+

No. The robot is optional (Premium only). Web and mobile work perfectly without it.
